More than 40 delegates participated, representing various power companies, EVN specialized departments, leading industry experts, and numerous staff from EVN units across the country through 10 connection points.
During the workshop, delegates listened to eight presentations on different topics by experts from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Da Nang University, and others. Topics included energy storage technology (ESS), optimization of distributed energy and energy exchange, criteria for evaluating smart energy sources, the potential of renewable energy in power systems, and research findings on S&T models applied in high-renewable energy power systems.
In addition, experts, delegates, and representatives from various units engaged in direct discussions, sharing practical experiences on managing and operating power systems with a high proportion of renewable energy.
Deputy General Director Ngô Sơn Hải commended the research efforts and stressed that the two-way exchange of information and advice between organizations and industry leaders will contribute to more effective operation of power systems with high renewable energy in the future.
