Introduction to the admission of SEEE

The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (SEEE), a member of Hanoi University of Science and Technology, proudly upholds a long-standing tradition of excellence in education, research, and technology transfer in the fields of Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, and Telecommunications. Generations of faculty and students have continuously contributed to national development and the growth of HUST through their dedication and achievements.

SEEE is home to a highly qualified academic staff, with over 80% holding PhDs, including many Associate Professors and Professors, trained in leading institutions worldwide. The school is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories and research facilities that support both academic and research activities.

In 2020, SEEE’s academic disciplines were ranked in the Top 351–400 globally by QS World University Rankings by Subject, marking a 50-place improvement from 2019. Moreover, four of its training programs — Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering — have been officially accredited by the ASEAN University Network – Quality Assurance (AUN-QA).

SEEE’s programs provide students with strong foundations in engineering and the flexibility to adapt to evolving scientific and technological demands. The curriculum emphasizes creative and critical thinking, preparing graduates who are consistently sought after and highly valued by employers both in Vietnam and internationally.

Admission Information Portal

In 2022, SEEE launched this official admission information page to provide students and parents with timely, accurate details about available majors and training programs. The portal also offers insights into career prospects after graduation, scholarship opportunities, and other useful information for prospective students.
