Tiến sỹ Nguyễn Việt Dũng nhận học vị Tiến sĩ Kỹ thuật Điện tử năm 2016 của Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội, Việt Nam. Hiện tại TS. Nguyễn Đức Minh là Giảng viên chính tại Khoa Điện tử, Trường Điện - Điện tử, Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội.
