Phạm Năng Văn nhận học vị Thạc sĩ Kỹ thuật điện năm 2010 của trường Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội. Hiện tại, Thạc sĩ Phạm Năng Văn là Giảng viên chính tại Khoa Điện, Trường Điện - Điện tử, Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội. Thạc sĩ Phạm Năng Văn là tác giả của trên 50 bài báo, 3 cuốn sách và được nhận giải thưởng Cán bộ tiêu biểu trong giảng dạy của Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội trong năm học 2022 - 2023. Các hướng nghiên cứu quan tâm hiện tại bao gồm: thị trường điện, các nguồn năng lượng tái tạo, hệ thống năng lượng tích hợp (điện - khí, điện - nhiệt, điện - giao thông), AI (Artificial Intelligence) trong mô hình hóa, quy hoạch và vận hành hệ thống điện. |
