Ông Nguyễn Đức Tuyênh nhận học vị Tiến sĩ năm 2012 của trường Học viện công nghệ Shibaura – Nhật Bản. Hiện tại Ông Nguyễn Đức Tuyên là Giảng viên cao cấp tại Khoa Điện, Trường Điện - Điện tử, Đại học Bách khoa Hà Nội. Các hướng nghiên cứu quan tâm hiện tại bao gồm: năng lượng tái tạo, hệ thống điện phân phối, lưới điện thông minh.
