In order to meet Bamboo Airways' business development plan, it is necessary to recruit 80 Aviation engineers as follows

SECURITY, QUALITY AND SECURITY GUARANTEE (SSQA) needs 10 engineers

SSQA is responsible for building and controlling the Safety System - BAV flight, ground mining, technical and maintenance quality assurance to comply with the regulations of the Vietnam Aviation Administration. (CAAV), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) regulations, IOSA (aviation safety standards) of IATA (International Air Transport Association).

SSQA is responsible for aviation security, responsible for establishing and maintaining aviation security management systems, ensuring effective response to threats and security incidents. Operator's aviation security and maintenance organization.

CARRIER MAINTENANCE CENTER (AMO) needs 50 engineers

AMO provides maintenance and repair services for aircraft and technical equipment of aircraft to ensure operational facilities for the airline.

AIR OPERATING CENTER (OCC) needs 20 engineers

The Operational Center is responsible for leading the development and promulgation of standards, policies and exploitation methods; providing data and exploitation documents to assist relevant units to ensure flight operation;

OCC presides over the administration, dispatch and control of flight operations in compliance with aviation regulations and regulations to ensure safety and efficiency.

Leading the operation, monitoring flight schedule, flight attendants by month to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Vietnam Aviation Administration (CAAV), the Company's exploitation policy, to meet the flight schedule requirements, optimize the efficiency of human resource use.
