Are we on the way to the "digital colony" - or have we already arrived there?
What are the consequences of digital dependency?
What are the dangers of using clouds?
How are users lured into the cloud lock-in?
How can digital sovereignty succeed?

Prof. Dr. Harald Wehnes teaches and researches at the Institute of Computer Science at the University of Würzburg. He has been giving the annual lecture "Project Management in ICT" at HUST since 2015. He has decades of experience as a manager in industry and large research institutions and heads the SIG "Project Management at Universities" - a network of 400 professors and lecturers in project management in the DACH region. He is a member of the board of the German Informatics Society (GI) and co-editor and author of the book "KI in project economy". He has been working intensively on the topic of "digital sovereignty" for several years.
